1. News?

    So; this weekend just gone, I updated my operating system.

    I’m still poking around to find what’s working and what’s not. And playing with the new features as I find them. One of the things apple took away was mail’s ability to read RSS feeds. Not to worry I have a news reader tucked away in my applications folder, it’s called newsfire, by the way. I launched it and added the new feed that had started all this. As a consequence I read a couple of articles that may have escaped my attention [Hi to my Parisian readership I hope the DC gig went well?] and some oldish news as well, such as this photography rant.

    It might sound strange to use the verb “Love” in the title of a rant. But here goes.

    I love photography.

    Why am I telling you this? Isn’t it self-obvious? Don’t we all love photography? The answer is no.
